It was a horrible day for the Indian side who were bowled out for a paltry 109 against the Australian side, thanks to the rank turner on offer in Indore. The ball on most occasions turned square making it way more difficult for the batters to extend their stay at the crease.

Left-arm spinner Matthew Kuhnemann bowled an exceptional spell of 5/16 to clean up the Indian innings a few overs after lunch.

To the unversed, the match was shifted from Dharamsala to Indore as BCCI felt that the outfield of former venue is not ready to host an international game.

But things changed drastically for the home team who fell in their own trap as there were some visible cracks on the surface.

People on the social media platform Twitter were furious over the condition of the track as the average turn was around 4.8 degrees that too on day one.
