The recent impeccable form of Shaheen Afridi during the ongoing World Cup in India helped him rise to the top of the ICC Bowling Rankings. With 673 rating points, the 23-year-old left-arm quick becomes the No. 1-ranked ODI bowler, dethroning Josh Hazlewood, who has 663 rating points.

Meanwhile, Mohammed Siraj, who emerged as the No. 1-ranked ODI bowler ahead of the World Cup, has now dropped to third with 656 points. Due to his average performances at home, the right-arm quick had to experience a slight setback.
