Seems like Rajasthan Royals have taken a lesson from their dismal batting performance against the Gujarat Titans as they hammered away the Sunrisers Hyderabad bowlers to all around the park and smashed 214 for 2 on the board.

Led by Jos Buttler and Sanju Samson, RR batters made sure that they have put a daunting total that will be a tricky one to chase for the stuttering SRH side.

Buttler, Samson propel RR to a healthy total

The Rajasthan batters surrendered in front of the Gujarat bowlers the other night, but it seems they have been given a hard lesson in the dressing room as the batters came out all guns blazing.

The carnage was led by the confident Yashasvi Jaiswal, as he once again overshadowed his senior pro in Jos Buttler and took the attack to the opposition. The first 6 overs was completely dominated by Jaiswal as Buttler failed to get his timing right.

The southpaw gave RR a flourishing start, but flunk after reaching 35 off just 18 balls. Samson walked in at number 3 and made sure that the momentum never swung in SRH's favour as Buttler joined the party soon and some blistering hitting was witnessed by the fans at the Sawai Mansingh stadium.

Once Buttler got the feel of the ball, he quickly changed gears and showed the world why he is one of the best T20 batters across the globe. The Englishman bludgeoned his way to a quick-fire fifty, and it wasn't long when he could smell yet another IPL century from the distance.

Meanwhile, after some failures in the last couple of matches, Samson didn't let the good start go away and went toe-to-toe with his partner, Jos Buttler.

As soon as Buttler breached the 50-run mark, he went berserk and there was no stopping the England white-ball skipper as he raced away to a quick-fire 90. But 5 runs shy of yet another IPL hundred, Bhuvneshwar Kumar trapped him lbw and he had to walk back to the pavilion.

Eventually the Royals finished on a high and , courtesy some late flurry from skipper Sanju Samson, who remained unbeaten on 66.
