India started Day 2 of the fifth Test against England on a negative note as the visitors lost four wickets in the first half an hour of the match, tumbling for just 224 runs. 

In reply, England got off to a flying start as Ben Duckett and Zak Crawley stitched a 92-run opening stand. Akash Deep drew the first blood and got rid of Ben Duckett, who gave a simple catch to keeper Dhruv Jurel.

Following the dismissal, Akash Deep placed his hands on Duckett's shoulders and engaged in a chat with him. The send-off didn't go well with several fans and cricket pundits as they slammed the right-arm seamer for his actions.

In the latest events, match broadcaster Star Sports posted a video of Akash Deep's over to Ben Duckett on their social media handle, which highlighted what prompted the Indian to give a send-off to Duckett.

Duckett's Message Prompted Deep To React

Notably, the video showed that Duckett hit a six off reverse scoop to Akash Deep in that over and following that hit, he remarked, 'You Can't Get Me Out In Here'.

The message might not have gone well with Akash Deep, and soon after the wicket, he headed straight to the England opener and must have reminded him of his words a few moments earlier.

It has been a that kind of a day for the India bowlers as they were all pumped up and made sure they kept something or the other going to break the batter's concentration. Prasidh Krishna too hurled a words to Joe Root, who lost his cool and changed his style of pain. Talking about the match, at the time of writing this article, England are 201/5 after 38 overs.
