The caravan of the Tri Series in New Zealand 2022 will continue on Tuesday (October 11) when hosts New Zealand takes on Pakistan in the 4th game at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch.

This will be the second time that these two sides will meet in this tournament. Pakistan claimed the upper hand during their previous encounter thanks to an all-round bowling performance and an unbeaten 53-ball 79 from skipper Babar Azam.

Having won both their games so far, the Babar Azam-led unit is yet drop a match so far, and by picking up another victory, the Men in Green will look to confirm their place in the final.

New Zealand, on the other hand, picked up an impressive win against Bangladesh. Their bowling attack-especially the spin duo of Ish Sodhi and Michael Bracewell was mighty impressive, as was opener Devon Conway.

But, Kane Williamson's form still remains a concern, and with Finn Allen registering back-to-back low scores, the experienced Martin Guptill could get a look in.

• Devon Conway (NZ): The southpaw scored an unbeaten 51-ball 70 in the last game against Bangladesh. Since he is the only left-hander in NZ's top-5, Conway will hold the key in countering SLA Mohammad Nawaz.
• Shadab Khan (PAK): Khan batted at No.4 in the last game and smashed 34 off 22. Besides that, he also bowled 4 economical bowlers for 21 runs.
• Ish Sodhi (NZ): The leg-spinner had a good outing against Bangladesh, and with Babar Azam circumspect against googly, he could prove to be the key for the BlackCaps.
