In the ongoing IPL 2025 match between CSK and KKR at the Chepauk Stadium, the Men in Yellow have scripted a new low as they have been reduced to 75/8 after 15.3 overs .Further, CSK are fearing to be bundled for their lowest total in IPL history. Let's look at Men in Yellow's lowest total in the cash-studded league. 

It is worth noting that CSK's lowest IPL total is against Mumbai Indians in 2013 when they collapsed for 79 runs at the Wankhede Stadium. The match was played on May 5, 2013 at MI's home ground, where the Men in Yellow, chasing a small target of 140 runs, tumbled for just 79 runs. 

Luckily for CSK, they didn't score less than their previous lowest total and have surpassed their 79-runs total against MI as at the time of writing this article, CSK put 103 runs on the board after 20 overs, which is their third lowest total in the league.

Chennai Super Kings scripted a new low at home as they registered their new lowest-total at home. Prior to this KKR match, CSK's lowest total total at home was against Mumbai Indians in 2019, when they tumbled for just 109 runs. Notably, the match was played on April 26, 2019 when CSK scored just 109 runs.
