Mumbai Indians' explosive batter Will Jacks delivered an extraordinary all-round performance in the Vitality T20 Blast 2025. He smashed a sensational 100 off 59 deliveries and then added 2 wickets, as Surrey defeated Sussex by 7 runs in an electrifying encounter on July 18.

Jacks' current form has been anything but red-hot. His last five scores in the tournament read: 100, 52, 57, 31, and 57. 

With a total of 504 runs at a staggering average of 50.40 and a breathtaking strike rate of 164.70, he’s undoubtedly been the most impactful batter in the competition so far.

In a recent T20 Blast game, Will Jacks opened the innings and tore into the Sussex bowling attack with utter dominance. He hit 12 boundaries and 3 sixes, stabilising the innings till the 19th over to guide Surrey to a strong 204/5.

It was his fifth T20 century, a feat that now places him among the elite T20 batters in the world. Jacks didn’t stop with the bat. Coming on to bowl, he chipped in with 2/27, tightening the screws on Sussex during a tense chase. 

Along with Sam Curran, who took a marvellous 4/18, Jacks played a crucial role in sealing the win for Surrey, who now sit comfortably at the top of the South Group table with 11 wins in 14 matches.
