England's tour of India got off to a rocky start as Jos Buttler's men suffered a crushing seven-wicket defeat in the opening T20I at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata. The five-match series now moves to the southern city of Chennai, where England will aim to regroup and deliver an improved performance to level the series.

In the first T20I, England's batting lineup faltered under pressure as they were bowled out for 132 . While captain Jos Buttler led the fight with a valiant 68 off 46 balls, the rest of the batting order crumbled against India. England's woes began with Arshdeep Singh's fiery new-ball spell, and the Indian spinners capitalised on the early breakthroughs to dominate the middle overs.

Chasing 134, India made a mockery of the target and finishing the match in just 13 overs. The star of the show was Abhishek Sharma, who played a scintillating knock of 79 runs off just 34 balls. The left-hander hammered eight sixes during his innings and displayed a fearless approach against England's bowlers.

Having said that, in this article, let's take a look at the weather report for MA Chidambaram Stadium for second T20I.
