During the electrifying clash between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the Wankhede Stadium, the crowd erupted into a frenzy with a unique demand – "Kohli Ko Bowling Do" (Let Kohli bowl)

MI, after winning the toss, chose to bowl first, and RCB posted a formidable total of 196 runs, despite Jasprit Bumrah's brilliant five-wicket haul. Notable contributions came from Faf du Plessis, Rajat Patidar, and Dinesh Karthik, all scoring half-centuries.

As RCB took to the field for bowling, the crowd's chants filled the air, expressing their desire to see Virat Kohli showcase his bowling skills. The passionate spectators made their demands with resounding cheers, creating an electric atmosphere in the stadium.

Virat Kohli, known for his charismatic presence, responded to the chants with a smile but declined the invitation in a playful manner.

Meanwhile, on the field, Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan formed a formidable partnership for MI, captivating the audience with their stellar performance. Despite the crowd's enthusiasm, Kohli did not get the opportunity to exhibit his bowling prowess in the match. His last bowling appearance in the IPL dates back to the 2016 season, against Gujarat Lions.

In terms of batting, Kohli's innings was short-lived as he fell victim to Jasprit Bumrah, managing only 3 runs off 9 balls. However, he continues to lead the race for the Orange Cap, showcasing his batting prowess amidst the fierce competition in the tournament.
