India’s young guns are gearing up for an exciting cricket tour of Australia. The under-19 team, fresh from a strong showing in England, will now face the Aussies in a series of Youth ODIs and First-Class matches starting this Sunday.
All eyes will be on 14-year-old prodigy Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who has been making headlines this year. After smashing a 35-ball century in his very first IPL season, the Bihar left-hander carried his hot form to England, where he continued to dominate bowlers.
Now, he faces a new challenge on the fast and bouncy pitches of Australia. Notably, the team will be led by the CSK young star Ayush Mhatre, with Vihaan Malhota as vice-captain.
