The Oval Invincibles are one of the dominating forces of The Hundred and are also the current champions. In this season too, they have been in great form and have beaten teams comprehensively with their superior batting and bowling skills.

He smashed five sixes and three fours in his knock and scored 42 off his 56 runs in boundaries. Brook also got good support from David Miller, and he ended with an unbeaten 37 from 16 balls. The South African also hit five sixes in innings and as a result, Northern Superchargers posted a massive score of 198.

Brook Smashes His First Fifty Of The Hundred 2025

Also, the fifty from Brook was his first of the season. He has got good starts in most of his innings so far, but could not convert them into a big score. He is England's white-ball captain now, and this fifty is likely to give him confidence for the rest of the season and the international series coming up. A win for Northern Superchargers in the game against Oval Invincibles will take them on the second position on the points table.
