Bangladesh forced India to chase on Friday in a high-voltage Women's Asia Cup 2024 semi-final, taking place at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, Dambulla. 

However, in a massive news, India's full-time skipper Harmanpreet Kaur, who missed out on the Women in Blue's previous game, is set to be back in action.

For India, Uma Chetry will play in place of Dayalan Hemalatha, who had a miserable tournament for India. Besides, Pooja Vastrakar is back as well, replacing Arundhati Reddy.


For Bangladesh, Marufa Akter comes in for Sabikun Nahar Jasmin.

"We wanted to bat first in this wicket as the ball was coming in nicely on the bat so we wanted to do that. I think we need to build some good partnership and we need to work on our batting unit to belief on ourselves. We have 1 change in our Playing XI, Marufa comes in place of Jasmin."
