England
England have included Harry Brook in their ODI squad following his outstanding T20 performance, and the management is closely monitoring him for a potential World Cup spot, considering his exceptional form.
Besides him, all eyes will also be on the star all-rounder, Ben Stokes, who is making a comeback from ODI retirement for the 2023 ODI World Cup in India. He's been included in the ODI squad for preparation, and he's determined to make the most of it.
Captain Jos Buttler, alongside Jonny Bairstow and Jason Roy, will also be the mainstays in the batting department, while the bowling attack will be spearheaded by Mark Wood, alongside Chris Woakes and Sam Curran.

On the other hand, after two tough losses in the first T20s against England, New Zealand stepped up and pulled off an awesome comeback to tie the series at 2–2 by winning the last two games of the series. Now, they must be looking to keep that winning vibe going.
Their batting lineup, on paper, looks pretty solid, especially with powerhouses like Tom Latham, Devon Conway, Daryl Mitchell, and Finn Allen leading the way. As for the bowling, Trent Boult and his partner in crime, Tim Southee, are geared up to bring the heat, and Mitchell Santner will be shouldering the spin duties.
All in all, with both these teams full of top-notch players taking the field against each other, an exciting 50-overs contest beckons at Cardiff.
