The 2nd Qualifier of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2023 will be played between Jamaica Tallawahs and Guyana Amazon Warriors on Friday, September 23, at Providence Stadium, Guyana, West Indies. 

This game will be a real nail-biter because the winner gets an all-access pass to the final match alongside Kieron Pollard-led Trinbago Knight Riders, while the losing side will be packing their bags and heading home.

Jamaica Tallawahs pulled off a thrilling win against Saint Lucia Kings, beating them by five wickets in the Eliminator game. This victory secured their spot in the 2nd qualifier. The Tallawahs' bowlers were in top form, restricting Saint Lucia Kings to just 125 runs. In reply, Jamaica Tallawahs made it look easy, reaching the target in 17.3 overs, with Brandon Kings stealing the show.  

Guyana Amazon Warriors 

Guyana Amazon Warriors, on the other hand, were riding high during the league stage, holding the throne at the points table. However, when they faced Trinbago Knight Riders in the first qualifier, it was a bit of a tumble, as they lost the game by seven wickets. Now, they are out for revenge in this second shot, hoping to snag a spot in the final and settle the score with the Knight Riders.
