The stage is set and the fans are ready as India will take on Pakistan for the second time in the Asia Cup 2025, but this time in the Super 4s. The Men in Blue won the first match between the two sides, but the game was marred by the handshake controversy as the Indian side didn’t shake hands with Pakistan players.

The IND-PAK Super 4 buildup

Talking about the two sides, India will once again enter the game as the favourites, having won three out of three in the group stage. Though their bowling was a bit of concern against Oman, but the Suryakumar Yadav-led side will be confident of pulling off yet another win over their arch-rivals.

India will likely go ahead with the same squad that defeated Pakistan in the group stage game. Talking about the Men in Green, Pakistan scraped past Oman and the UAE to book their place in the Super 4, and surprisingly, the team has left out Hasan Nawaz from the playing XI.

Pakistan has been undercooked in the Asia Cup 2025 but will be eager to clinch a victory against the Indian side. Before the game begins, let us look at what transpired at the toss.
