In a shocking visual GT bowler Ishant Sharma was seen treated on the boundary line due to heat fatigue. He looked exhausted after bowling 2 overs in Ahmedabad and fans were shocked on social media.

Gujarat Titans hosted Delhi Capitals in the 35th match of the IPL 2025 season. The Titans were asked to bowl first and the city of Ahmedabad was boiling due to soaring temperatures.

While DC enjoyed batting, GT bowlers, especially pacers, had a tough time and struggled with cramps throughout the first inning.

Meanwhile,  Ishant Sharma, GT’s 36-year-old fast bowler, was highly affected by Ahmedabad’s heat. He bowled 2 overs in the first half and was exhausted. He walked out of the field as Mahipal Lomror replaced him as a substitute fielder.

Ishant was treated by GT’s medical staff on the boundary line. His face looked pale and he clearly struggled with dehydration.

Meanwhile, fans on social media were concerned and equally shocked by Ishant Sharma’s condition. It also raises a debate on IPL scheduling as players' well-being is being compromised due to excessive heat in afternoon games.
