Prasidh Krishna, the 29-year-old Indian pacer, has been in great form in IPL 2025, and has continued that form in the game against DC. He has bagged four-wicket haul and is now the leading wicket-taker of the season with 14 wickets in seven innings. He is now the Purple cap holder as well, and has gone past CSK's Noor Ahmad who has 12 wickets in seven matches.
Prasidh Krishna Takes Top Position Among Bowlers In IPL 2025
Prasidh Krishna has been GT's premier death-bowler in IPL 2025, and has produced some match-defining spells. He went wicketless in the opening game against Punjab Kings, but then came back strongly with an excellent spell against MI which helped them register an important win.
He has picked wickets in every game since then, and his three-wicket haul against RR also played a big role in GT's win. In the game against DC, he got big wickets of well-set Karun Nair, KL Rahul and Axar Patel along with the last one of Vipraj Nigam and has made a statement after some ordinary performance in the last IPL season.
