With series level 1-1, the third and final One-Day International (ODI) between hosts Bangladesh Women and visitors India Women will serve as a series decider, providing a fitting end to the hard-fought tour. 

Team Preview

Bangladesh Women

Despite taking a 1-0 lead, Bangladesh failed to win the series and lost the second tie comprehensively against India. The batting continues to be the downfall for the home side, as one batter could get a move on apart from Fargana Hoque.

Skipper Nigar Sultana's fitness remains a concerns, and one could see Nahida Akter stand-in as captain.

Hoque scored 47 runs before Bangladesh folded like a pack of cards against Rodrigues' spin. Rabeya Khan and Marufa Akter will be expected to bowl batter lines, having been taken for plenty. The bowling also lacked discipline and too many loose balls were handed out to the Indian batters.  

India Women

The Harmanpreet Kaur-led XI showcased superior skills in the second ODI to level the series. The batting led by Jemimah Rodrigues, Kaur, and Smriti Mandhana found their lost form, as they milked Bangladesh's poor bowling for plenty.

Rodrigues also starred with the ball, claiming a four-for, as Devika Vaidya strangled batters at one end, picking three wickets. India's bowling looked much more disciplined, however, they should be wary of getting complacent as they have faltered in pressure situations in must-win encounters earlier.

Pitch Report 

The track played better in the second ODI, however, the batting still remained a task. The bowlers found ample support if they pitched the ball in the right areas. Expect a low-scoring encounter on Saturday.
