On Thursday, October 30, India women and Australia women locked horns for the 2nd semi-final of ongoing Women's World Cup match at the Dy Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. Harmanpreet Kaur walked for the toss and Alyssa Healy marked her return for the Women in Yellow to lead the team.
For the coin flip, Australia women won the toss and opted to bat first. Talking about the team changes, Australia made one change, which is Sophie Molineux comes in place of Georgia Wareham . Meanwhile, for India, they too made a forced change as Shafali Verma comes in for injured Pratika Rawal. Other than that, Harleen & Uma are resting today. Richa & Kranti are back in the side.

Alyssa Healy (Australia Women Captain): "We are gonna bat today. Looks great conditions today. The wicket won't change much. An opportunity for us to put runs on the board. Just little old. Feeling good. I'm grateful to get that 10-day period because we qualified early and it helped me recover for this clash.
Harmanpreet Kaur (India Women Captain): "We were thinking to bat first but it's a great opportunity for us to get early breakthroughs as it's overcast conditions. We know these conditions really well. We have camps regularly over here so we know how the pitch plays. We had two good games in this tournament as well over here. We are very much aware of the pitch and the conditions.
