On Saturday, April 19, Peshawar Zalmi locked horns against Multan Sultans at the Rawalpindi Stadium. The Zalmi won the toss and opted to bat first. The decision proved to be wrong as the Men in Yellow lost two early wickets.
Both openers Saim Ayub and Babar Azam returned to the pavilion early on. Talking about Babar, the former Pakistan captain is struggling for form as the right-hand batter scored just 2 (5), which is embarrassingly his biggest total of the season. Babar Azam Struggles Against Left-Arm Seamer
Babar registered a duck in the season opener, while lost his wicket for a solitary run in Zalmi's 2nd match of the tournament. Talking about the ongoing match, Babar fell prey to a left-arm seamer for the third time in the season.
