When it comes to limited overs’ spin department, it is not easy to overshadow someone who can be as good as Rashid Khan. However, R Sai Kishore pulled off the impossible task in IPL 2025, and his incredible numbers so far in the competition spoke volumes.
Just when everyone thought SRH would break the shackles after early troubles against Gujarat Titans on Sunday, Sai Kishore, the left-arm spinner, struck hard. First he cleaned up the dangerous Heinrich Klaasen, and then , in the following over, he got rid of Nitish Kumar Reddy.
It is important to note that both Klaasen and Reddy were well set and about to shift the gear, and Kishore made sure it would not be possible in reality. With that, he finished excellent figures of 4-0-24-2.

Of course, Kishore had represented India in the past, representing the country three times in T20Is, and picked up four wickets. All three matches were in Asian Games Men's Cricket Competition back in 2023, and if he goes alright, he might soon be included in the regular set-up as well.
