The Indian left-arm wrist spinner, Kuldeep Yadav has been known for his effectiveness and impact in the middle overs of a T20 match. He has always been the wicket taker for the team who could change the flow of a match with crucial strikes in the middle overs.

The Indian spinner entered an elite list of bowlers with the wicket of Ryan Rickelton in the ongoing game between the Mumbai Indians and the Delhi Capitals. As Rickelton's catch of Kuldeep's bowling was taken by Tiwari, it marked the bowler's 100th prey in the tournament. Kuldeep has reached the landmark in 97 Matches. 

Kuldeep Yadav Enters A List Of Elite Bowlers

Kuldeep Yadav became the 29th bowler in the history of the tournament to attain this feat. As far as Indians are concerned, he is the 22nd Indian bowler to achieve this feat. 

Kuldeep has been a part of three IPL teams in his career - the Mumbai Indians, the Kolkata Knight Riders and the Delhi Capitals. He has made appearances for the Knight Riders and the Capitals in the IPL. While Kuldeep has picked up 60 wickets for the Capitals he has 40 wickets for the Knight Riders. 

Do-or-Die Match For The Capitals

The Delhi Capitals have played 12 matches prior to this game and have won six of them while losing five. They have 13 points under their belt and need to win this match to keep their hopes of play-off alive. Though a win in this game will not ensure their qualification, a defeat will see them out of the tournament.

Kuldeep Yadav being a key part of the Capitals bowling attack, is expected to play a major role in this important game. Ryan Rickelton was looking dangerous after a good start and the wicket by Kuldeep was essential at the stage. The Capitals will hope that he picks up more wickets and puts the Capitals in the driver's seat.
