After excessive fog in Lucknow abandoned the 4th T20I between India and South Africa, the 5th and final T20I of the series awaits in Ahmedabad. The match is scheduled for December 19, as the live action starts from 7 PM IST.
India's top order is pretty much dependent on Abhishek Sharma, coming into the 5th T20I. While the middle order takes care of things, the fiery start Abhishek provides is not accelerated further after his dismissal. This is an aspect SKY & Co. have to work upon ahead of the final T20I.
With the bowling lineup doing well, led by Arshdeep Singh, Varun and Harshit Rana, India, 2-1 up in the series, should bag the decider.
South Africa has all the complaints in their batting department. The initial collapses and mega topples of top-to-middle order batters are itching points that the visitors need to address ahead of their chance to level the series.
