DSG vs PRC, Match 24- Toss Factor

Kingsmead is not totally favourable to the batters but the Super Giants is one such team that can bat against the odds and pole up big totals on any given conditions. The pitch has good assistance for the spinners but it's the seamers who gets more help out of the conditions.

Scenario: If Durban Super Giants field first

The Durban-based franchise have been steamrolling oppositions for fun in the tournament. With the likes of Quinton de Kock, Matthew Breetzke, Heinrich Klaasen, JJ Smuts, Marcus Stoinis, Keshav Maharaj, etc, they have formed a well-poised side that can chase totals with ease.

Scenario: If Pretoria Capitals field first

DSG vs PRC, Match 24- Top Captain and Vice-captain Choices

Scenario: If Durban Super Giants field first

Matthew Breetzke (DSG): The top order batter is the leading run-scorer for his side with 301 runs from eight innings. He has been in top-notch form and often played some impeccable knocks even under tricky circumstances. Breetzke is a good player against both pace and spin and if he gets going, the Super Chargers will be in a comfortable position.

Will Jacks (PRC): The English all-rounder is the top run-scorer of his side this season. He's an attacking batter and can take the charge against the new ball. In addition, Jacks has been beneficial with his spin bowling and often takes crucial wickets, thereby proving to be the golden arm for his side.

Scenario: If Pretoria Capitals field first

Heinrich Klaasen (DSG): The wicketkeeper-batter is in unreal form with the bat. Having score 280 runs from eight innings, Klaasen is the second-highest run-getter for his side. His knocks of 9-ball 30* and 17-ball 50 in the recent games prove how destructive Klaasen can be with the willow in hand.

Adil Rashid (PRC): The Kingsmead conditions are likely to favour spin and Adil Rashid can get the better out of it. He bagged a three-fer against the Eastern Cape very recently and has the ability to mix the leg break with the wrong’un wittily.

DSG vs PRC, Match 24- High Risk, High Reward

Rilee Rossouw (PRC): The left-handed batter is aggressive with his intent but hasn't been consistent with the bat this edition. Although he scored 82 early in the competition, Rossouw faltered in the next few matches. With the team needing him to score big, the southpaw could be a risky option, provided he gets going against the Super Giants.

Marcus Stoinis (DSG): The Aussie has been brilliant with the ball. There hasn't been a single instance from his last four innings where he did not scalp a wicket. He has nine wickets from his last four innings and can add value with the willow in hand too.
