Multan Sultans (MUL) will be against Peshawar Zalmi (PES) in the 8th match of PSL 2024. The match will be played at the Multan Cricket Stadium in Multan on 23rd February 2024. 

Multan Sultans are at the top of the points table with three wins in three games. They have been in exceptional form as a team and will be eyeing their fourth consecutive win in this game. MUL vs PES - Toss Factor

There will be some help for the pacers with the new ball and the spinners will also get some purchase off the deck. Teams will prefer chasing as chasing sides have won 2 of the 3 games at Multan. The pitch will be a good one for batting.

Mohammad Rizwan (MUL) - Mohammad Rizwan is the best batter in his team and he's one of the best in the tournament. He has been in good form and will be a top C/VC option for this game irrespective of the toss. Rizwan scored a brilliant 82 in the last game. 

Babar Azam (PES) - Babar Azam is amongst the best batters in world cricket. He has been in excellent form in the first two games of this season and will be a popular C/VC pick for this game. Babar likes to hold one end and bat through. He can fetch plenty of fantasy points. 

Salman Irshad (PES) - Salman Irshad will bowl 2 overs in the death and he can pick up 2-3 wickets in this game. He picked up 3 wickets in the first game bowling first and will be a good choice for C/VC in this match if Multan bats first.

Scenario: If Peshawar Zalmi Bats First

Tom Kohler Cadmore (PES): Tom Kohler Cadmore will bat at number 4 for Peshawar. He is known for his big hitting but has failed to get going in the first two games of PSL 2024. He is a good player of spin bowling and hits sixes for fun when on song. Cadmore will be a good high risk, high reward pick.
