In a post going viral on social media, Indian leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was seen making a special guest appearance on a popular roast show named ‘India’s Got Latent’ hosted by comedian Samay Raina. Chahal was sitting as a panel judge in the spoof talent hunt show.

Yuzvendra Chahal, India’s leading wicket-taker in the T20I format, is struggling to find a place in the white-ball setup. Due to an inflow of youngsters, including Ravi Bishnoi, Chahal was sidelined by the selectors for the upcoming T20I series against South Africa. However, Chahal is using his time right by performing in the Ranji Trophy 2024-25 season.

Chahal appears as guest on 'Latent Show'

That being said, Yuzvendra Chahal recently took a break from the cricketing schedule and appeared on a popular comedy show airing on YouTube.

Hosted by famous comedian Samay Raina, ‘India’s Got Latent’ invited Chahal as a panel judge for its latest spoof episode. In a leaked image viral on social media, the leg spinner is joined by gamer Scout, YouTuber Purav Jha, and another comedian, Nishant Tanwar.

India’s Got Latent initially started as a harmless comedy spoof show based on a talent hunt theme. But it gained immense popularity in no time as Samay’s comic timing struck a chord with the fans.

Needless to say, Yuzi Chahal’s entry will only add more popularity to the already trending show and fans can be rest assured of a laughter riot.

Yuzi Chahal to enter IPL mega auction

Despite being RR’s leading wicket-taker in IPL 2024, Yuzvendra Chahal was released by the franchise ahead of the IPL 2025 mega auction. RR exhausted their retention limit by retaining 6 players, which leaves them with zero RTM cards. Hence, Chahal will look for a new home next year. MI, RCB, and PBKS are amongst the leading contenders likely to bid for the veteran leg spinner. The mega auction will be held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on November 24 and 25.
