[Watch] Rinku Singh Receives Support From SRK Post T20 World Cup Selection Disappointment

Rinku Singh, the finisher for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), was accompanied by Shah Rukh Khan, the owner of KKR, for their journey to Mumbai for next match against Mumbai Indians (MI) after Rinku was not picked for the T20 World Cup squad.

India's squad for the T20 World Cup was announced, and surprisingly, Rinku Singh was not included. Despite being a key player for KKR, Rinku found himself on the reserve list of World Cup squad, with Jadeja and Hardik being preferred as the finishers for India's squad.

For more than a year, India had been grooming Rinku Singh to be their finisher. He had played numerous games for India, and everyone expected him to be India's main man in the crucial finishing role. 

Not many were expecting Rinku's snub. However, with seniors like Rohit, Kohli, and Hardik making the cut, it came down to a choice between Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rinku for the squad, and Jaiswal was ultimately selected.

However, Kolkata Knight Riders owner, Shah Rukh Khan (SRK), showed full support for Rinku Singh during their journey to Mumbai for their next game. As an owner who sees his players as family, SRK stood by Rinku during his tough time, offering him confidence and support.
