On March 20, Indian batsman Rinku Singh was spotted dancing alongside former cricketer and active KKR head coach Chandrakant Pandit during a pre-IPL 2024 event in Kolkata.
The KKR franchise even shared a hilarious short video of the two cricketing personalities, alongside a caption that reads:“Dancing with the stars! 😂🫶”
Several KKR players recently participated in an intra-squad match in Kolkata as part of their IPL 2024 training regime. In a game staged on March 19, Rinku Singh launched new-recruit and Australian legend Mitchell Starc for a gigantic six over to his leg side, as the left-handed batter sharpened his skills ahead of the much-awaited T20 extravaganza.
Rinku was retained by the KKR management back in November 2023 during the IPL 2024 retention phase.
Set to be led by comeback man Shreyas Iyer, the KKR unit will launch their IPL 2024 campaign with a match against the Sunrisers Hyderabad franchise at the Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata. Their much-anticipated stalemate will be staged on March 23.
