In a hilarious encounter, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) host left the dressing room in splits after he posed a funny viral question to Sunil Narine and Andre Russell, which dates back to the infamous incident that went viral during Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) won the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 season on Sunday in a one-sided final played with Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). West Indies power duo Sunil Narine and Andre Russell played a key role in KKR’s successful campaign with their extraordinary skills with the bat and the ball.

Needless to say, the former teammates were extremely happy and excited to have won the league after 10 years of wait.

That being said, KKR insider conducted a couple of player interviews inside the dressing room to get honest and first reaction of players after the dominant victory.

However, a genuine and serious interview took a funny turn when the unnamed host revisited Andre Russell and Sunil Narine’s viral interview from years back.

During a BPL season, both Narine and Russell were teammates and had just won the league when a local reporter, not well-versed in the English language, decided to interview them.

The reporter couldn’t phrase grammatically sound questions and just said, “Final match, you perform, what happening?” Understandably, neither Russell nor Narine could figure out the reporter wanted to ask and the video quickly went viral.

And now years back, both Sunil Narine and Andre Russell were made to reminisce the memories. The duo quickly bursted into laughter upon hearing the question and posed a wide smile.

Their teammates as well couldn't control their laughter as Andre Russell played along in the prank and confessed that he was caught off-guard.
