Talking about the match, Haryanvi Hunters captain Elvish Yadav won the toss and invited Mumbai Disruptors to bat first.

Mumbai took full advantage, and racked up a challenging total of 154-9 in their allotted 10 overs. Opening batter Aditya Singh Bhadoria was the standout performer, who made 46 off just 12 balls, that included a boundary and seven massive sixes.

Following Bhadoria’s dismissal, Suyyash Rai contributed 14 from 10 balls, while Abhishek Verma chipped in with 17 off 6 balls. Captain Munawar Faruqui also played a crucial role with a quickfire cameo.

The highlight of his innings was in the 8th over when he smashed a low full toss over deep mid-wicket for a colossal six, that left the crowd in awe. The lower-order batter Arham Abbasi salvaged the innings with a remarkable 26* off just five balls, decorated with four maximums.

In the chase, the Haryanvi Hunters' chase got off to a rocky start with the early dismissal of captain Elvish Yadav for a duck. However, Keshav Chaudhary stabilised the innings with a quickfire 22 off 7 balls before falling to a sharp delivery.

The turning point came with Anujj Chaudhary’s scintillating knock in which he struck six sixes in his nine-ball innings. Anujj scored 36 which kept the Hunters in the hunt despite the mounting pressure. Unbeaten Moksh Murgai and wicketkeeper-batter Ribbhuu Mehra took control in the final stages of the chase. Together, they guided the Hunters to victory with a ball to spare, ending the game at 157/6 and securing a four-wicket win.
