Virat Kohli is seemingly ‘inked up and ready’ for the upcoming IPL 2025 season. The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) franchise shared pictures of the cricketer’s tattoos on Saturday, March 15, i.e., roughly a week prior to the start of their campaign.

Kohli recently took part in India’s triumphant run at the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy at the Dubai International Stadium in UAE. The 36-year-old tallied 218 runs in five matches to emerge as one of India’s highest run-maker in the tournament. After spending a few days off the field, Kohli has arrived in Bengaluru to join his RCB teammates for IPL 2025 training sessions.

Virat Kohli, who is known for expressing himself through his tattoos, has seemingly ‘inked up’ ahead of RCB’s IPL 2025 campaign. On March 15, the RCB franchise shared pictures of Kohli’s tattoos on their social media platforms with a caption that reads: “Inked and iconic”.

Also on March 15, Virat Kohli was also spotted making his way into the Bengaluru airport to join his RCB teammates for IPL 2025 training sessions at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.

It is worth noting that the RCB management named Rajat Patidar as new team captain for the IPL 2025 season earlier this year. Under the leadership of Patidar, RCB will go up against defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the opening match of the competition. The match will be hosted by the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on March 22.

Virat Kohli, Rajat Patidar and co. will subsequently travel to Chennai to face Chennai Super Kings (CSK) before taking flight for Bengaluru for their first home game of the IPL 2025 season on April 2 against Gujarat Titans.
