Former Indian cricketer Vinod Kambli, who has been in the news recently due to his fragile health, is now winning hearts online with a video of him dancing to an iconic Bollywood track while recovering in the hospital. The video, which has since gone viral on social media, shows Kambli grooving enthusiastically, signalling his improving health and positive spirit.

Kambli, 52, was admitted to a private hospital in Thane district late last week after his condition took a serious turn. Diagnosed with brain clots and a severe urinary tract infection, his health had raised significant concerns among fans and well-wishers. Initially critical, Kambli's condition stabilized over the past few days, allowing him to move out of the ICU.

Kambli Shakes Off Weariness, Shakes A Leg To Bollywood Number

Vinod Kambli's health struggles have been an ongoing battle, marked by a heart attack in 2013 and bouts of depression compounded by financial difficulties. However, the recent video of him dancing showcases a determined Kambli, embracing recovery with a high spirit. 

Kambli delivered an energetic performance with medical staff to the popular Bollywood song 'Chak De India,' and his enthusiasm and high energy left netizens stunned.

Doctors overseeing Kambli's treatment confirmed that he is responding well to medication and that the infection in his bladder has been addressed. While a planned MRI to assess his brain clots was postponed due to a fever earlier in the week, his overall condition has shown significant improvement.

Kambli Grateful For Financial Help

Kambli’s recovery has also been bolstered by financial and emotional support from dignitaries, including Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and his son, MP Shrikant Shinde, who extended Rs. 5 lakh in aid.

Kambli also expressed his deep gratitude amidst his recovery for the support he has received, particularly from Eknath Shinde. He expressed his wish that he eagerly anticipates a meeting with both Eknath and Shrikant Shinde to personally convey his heartfelt thanks for their help during his challenging condition.
