It's official, Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma have parted ways and their divorce has been confirmed by the lawyer of Chahal. The duo arrived at the Bandra Family Court on Thursday and finalised the divorce proceedings as the duo separate after 4 years of marriage.

The Court accepted the joint partition of both the parties and the two are no longer husband and wife, as confirmed by Chahal's lawyer.

"The court has granted the decree of divorce. The court has accepted the joint petition of both parties. The parties are no longer husband and wife."

Chahal gives 4.75 crore alimony

As stated by the Bombay High Court, Chahal has to give 4.75 crore as alimony to Dhanashree as the divorce got finalised. He has already given 2.37 crore to his estranged wife, and the remaining will be given with the divorce now officially confirmed.

 Ever since the news broke out that the two unfollowed each other on social media, Dhanashree copped a lot of flak and she responded with a caption on Instagram - "Blaming Women is always in fashion."

Chahal rumoured to date RJ Mahvash

As per reports, Yuzvendra Chahal is dating RJ Mahvash, but the rumours were quashed by RJ Mahvash as a few days ago, she criticised people for interfering in her personal life. The rumour was spread as the duo attended the Champions Trophy final between India and New Zealand and the fans started to romantically link the two.
