Ahead of  Mumbai Indians upcoming match against the Lucknow Super Giants, a group of MI players, including Tilak Varma, Suryakumar Yadav, Deepak Chahar, and Karn Sharma, paid a visit to the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. 

MI Stars Take Break Before Facing LSG

Suryakumar Yadav's wife, Devisha Shetty, and Deepak Chahar’s wife, Jaya, accompanied the players on a trip to a spiritual site. This visit provided a moment of peace for the team ahead of their crucial match against LSG.

The players embraced the occasion by donning traditional attire, and Mumbai Indians shared a delightful picture of this special moment on their social media platforms. In the picture, SKY is seen in a yellow kurta, twinning with his wife, who is wearing a matching yellow kurti. Deepak Chahar is also seen in a beige kurta.



Mumbai Indians’ Comeback After A Rocky Start

The Mumbai Indians team had checked into Lucknow on Wednesday, after a shaky start to their IPL campaign with two consecutive defeats. However, the five-time champions found their groove in their latest outing, bouncing back with a dominant eight-wicket victory over the defending champions, KKR. 

Suryakumar Yadav has been in sensational form, playing crucial role in the victory with his explosive batting. Mumbai Indians will be hoping to carry this momentum into their next match as they face LSG on April 4, 2025 at Ekana Cricket Stadium.
