Sonam Bajwa And Badshah To Sizzle In Grand Opening Ceremony Of Delhi Premier League 2024

The inaugural edition of the Delhi Premier League 2024 is all set to kickstart on Saturday, 17th of August at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in the national capital of India. It will be a six-team affair and before the cricket takes centrestage, a grand opening ceremony has been organised which will feature actress Sonam Bajwa and rapper-singer Badshah.

Both Sonam Bajwa and Badshah are quite popular figures among Indian public, and there presence is all set to add the element of glamour to the brand-new T20 league. The first game of the season will be played between Purani Dilli 6 and South Delhi Superstarz at 8.30 PM IST. Dilli 6 will have the star power of Rishabh Pant in their ranks along with Ishant Sharma and Lalit Yadav.

International And IPL Superstars In DPL 2024

South Delhi Superstarz, on the other hand, have Ayush Badoni in their arsenal along with Kuldip Yadav and Shubham Dubey who were part of Rajasthan Royals squad in IPL. 

There will be total 33 matches in men's tournament while the women's tournament will have seven games and the final will be played on 8th of September.
