The city of Mumbai has come to a standstill following heavy rainfall since Monday, August 18. Authorities shut down schools and offices after the weather department issued a red alert.

Meanwhile, Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma, being brought up in Mumbai, is not unfamiliar with the city’s extreme weather in the monsoon. Hence, defying the weather gods, he took out his luxurious Range Rover car out for a drive.
In a video going viral on social media, the user claimed that the black Range Rover belonged to Rohit, and he drove across the streets while heavy rain kept pelting down.

While Rohit doesn’t often speak about his passion for automobiles, his impressive collection of luxury cars speaks volumes about his taste.
The ‘Hitman’ owns some of the most coveted vehicles in the country, including a BMW M5 worth nearly ₹2 crore, a Mercedes-Benz GLS 400d valued at around ₹1.58 crore, and a Mercedes-Benz S-Class priced close to ₹2 crore.
Among his prized possessions is also the Lamborghini Urus SE, which he purchased recently for ₹4.57 crore. The SUV sports a custom number plate, 3015, which represents the birth dates of his two children.
His daughter Samaira was born on December 30, 2018, while his son Ahaan was born on November 15, 2024. Adding up the two numbers, 30 and 15, interestingly results in 45, the jersey number Rohit has worn throughout his cricketing career.
