Rohit Sharma, India’s ace opener and one of the most celebrated cricketers in the world, made a fan’s day. During a commercial shoot, Rohit surprised his biggest fan by inviting him to not only meet him but also play a quick game of cricket on the set.

Sharma, who retired from T20Is and Tests, is enjoying his partial retirement life to the fullest. After vacationing with family in London, the cricketer returned home to fulfil his work commitments with brands.

Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma recently invited his biggest fan, Dipak, for a special meet and greet. The fan, who had been following Rohit since his early days, was overjoyed on meeting his hero.

Rather than letting the encounter be short, Rohit took a step further and took up a bat, inviting the fan to play with him. On social media, Dipak expressed his joy, highlighting how his manifestation came true.

The gesture soon went viral on social media, with fans praising Rohit for his humility and generosity of spirit. Many said that such gestures prove why he is so well-regarded outside of cricketing success.

Rohit Once Gave Away His Lamborghini To A Fan

India’s ODI captain Rohit Sharma stunned fans after a video of him giving away his Lamborghini Urus went viral in May 2025. The luxury SUV, worth around ₹4 crore, is painted blue and proudly bears the number plate ‘264’, marking Rohit’s world-record ODI score. 

The 38-year-old had earlier promised in a Dream11 advertisement to gift his car, which many thought was just a gimmick. However, Rohit kept his word, handing it over to a lucky fan before heading home in an auto-rickshaw. The gesture has sparked both admiration and speculation online.
