RCB’s Key Member Accused Of Creepy And Inappropriate Conduct On Social Media

The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will enter the 18th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) with the aim of capturing their maiden title. The team has a great bond with each other and have been one of the most popular franchises in the league, but just a day prior to the start of their campaign, a new controversy erupted.

RCB's reputation in jeopardy

Apart from the RCB players, who are immensely loved and followed everywhere, their social media anchor and Mascot, Danish Sait, Aka, Mr Nags has also garnered immense popularity, but he could land in trouble as a post on Reddit may harm his and the franchise's reputation.

There was a Reddit post which was posted last year, but it once again surfaced on Friday, and as per the user who wrote it, Danish, despite being a married person tried flirting with that person and made inappropriete gesture which made her uncomfortable.

The user also mentioned that she met an acquaintance, who shared a similar incident and stated that Danish also made unsuitable gesture towards her as well. The post spreaded like a fire on X and other platforms as RCB's image came under scrutiny.

(However, it is to be noted that the post could be exaggerated, and there is no proof of whether the incident happened or not).

RCB to face KKR in IPL 2025 opener

The opening match of the IPL 2025 will take place between RCB and defending champions, KKR at the Eden Gardens. The team will look to keep this controversy behind as they aim to start the tournament with a win.

RCB let their captain, Faf du Plessis leave the team and appointed Rajat Patidar as the skipper for the upcoming season.
