Pakistan Actress Hania Aamir 'Bro-Zones' Babar Azam Amidst Dating Rumours

Pakistan actress Hania Aamir, who was rumored to be dating legendary batsman Babar Azam, described the latter her brother in one of her latest social media posts. The two have often been described as the Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma of Pakistan, with several fan-made videos showing them as a couple going viral within Pakistan’s entertainment spectrum.

Pakistan cricketer Babar Azam and actress Hania Aamir have often expressed admiration for each other’s work on social media. Their online interaction has even sparked several dating rumors among fans in Pakistan, with many comparing them with India’s own celebrity couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma.

As it turned out, Hania herself has seemingly debunked her dating rumors on social media. Earlier in November, when the Pakistan actress jokingly asked recommendations for a “king cobra” from fans, one such user suggested her the name of Babar Azam.

Hania, in turn, responded back by saying that Babar is like her brother instead.

Personal life aside, Babar Azam recently underwent a professional slump considering under his leadership, the Pakistan team crashed out of the 2023 World Cup semifinals race despite their two wins upfront.

The result, coupled with the preceding Asia Cup 2023 humiliation in Sri Lanka led to Babar’s resignation from captaincy across all formats.

The cricketer was recently spotted playing golf while enjoying his break, and he will next be seen in Pakistan colors during their upcoming three-match Test tour of Australia. The first of the three Test matches will commence on December 14 at Perth Stadium, and the fixtures itself will form a part of the ongoing 2023-25 World Test Championship (WTC) cycle.
