The Uttarakhand Premier League (UPL) 2025 is all set to turn Dehradun into a hub of cricket, music, and celebration. Kicking off on September 23 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, the league will have singer Neeti Mohan and rapper Badhan as performers for the opening and ceremony.

The UPL season 2 will see defending women’s champions Mussoorie Thunders face Pithoragarh Hurricanes, while Tehri Queens take on Haridwar Storm in the opening day matches on September 23.

But while the action takes place on the field, star-studded musical events await the city of Dehradun.

Neeti Mohan and Badshah to perform at UPL 2025

This year, India’s top music stars are headlining the festivities. Popular singer Neeti Mohan will take centre stage at the UPL Cricket Carnival on September 26, bringing her Bollywood glamour and mesmerising voice to the crowd. 

The excitement will reach its peak on October 5 when Badshah, India's top hip-hop artist, Badshah, will take to the stage at the spectacular closing ceremony to salute the men's champions in an energetic climax.

Additionally, the opening night of UPL 2025 will feature international sensation Elnaaz Norouzi and Uttarakhand’s own musical talents, including Ruhaan Bhardwaj, Karishma Shah, and folk artists Ajju Tomar and Ajay Chauhan. 

Dance performances by Sana Sultan, accompanied by a live band, promise an explosion of sound, colour, and energy for the fans. 

Fans can enjoy free entry to the Cricket Carnival through registration on the District by Zomato app, making it accessible for everyone. 

Where to watch the Uttarakhand Premier League 2025?

The live telecast of the Uttarakhand Premier League 2025 season will be available on the FanCode app and website. Fans can get access by paying a nominal fee to fetch a tour pass. While the women’s league will begin on September 23, the men will be in action from September 27.
