In a heartwarming social media post, India’s premium fast bowler, Jasprit Bumrah and wife Sanjana Ganesan shared adorable pictures from their son Angad’s first birthday party. Angad turned one today, and his parents were seemingly overjoyed. 

Jasprit Bumrah, a naive fast bowler from Gujarat, saw his life take a 360° turn after the Mumbai Indians scouting team picked him for the 2013 IPL season. His debut was sensational, and what followed was an extraordinary discovery of a generational athlete.

Jasprit Bumrah not only excelled in the field but also found the love of his life on the sidelines in Sanjana Ganesan, a popular sports presenter.

Bumrah Couple Celebrates Angad's Birthday

The couple got married in 2021 after keeping their relationship under wraps for years. Last year, Sanjana gave birth to a baby boy named Angad and on September 4, 2024, the couple celebrated Angad’s first birthday.

Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana Ganesan shared adorable pictures with Angad on social media on the eve of his birthday and expressed how proud they are to have Angad in their lives in the caption. 

The pictures featured the proud parents beaming with joy as they posed with little Angad, who looked adorable in a cute outfit. 

One of the photos showed Bumrah holding Angad up with a big smile, while another captured a tender moment of Sanjana holding her son close, both parents looking absolutely delighted. 

The celebration comes at a time when Bumrah is enjoying his time away from the cricket field. The Indian team is on a 40-day break and will resume action in two weeks.

Jasprit Bumrah Sweats Hard In Training To Face Bangladesh

Meanwhile, Jasprit Bumrah, who was rested since India’s historic 2024 T20 World Cup victory, has resumed training ahead of the home Test series against Bangladesh, scheduled to commence on September 19.

In a viral video, Bumrah is seen practicing rigorously in the nets. He bowled with full energy and great command and absolutely drenched himself in sweat.

Notably, after missing the Sri Lanka tour, Jasprit Bumrah is expected to be India’s front-line pacer for the impending home Test season.
