Former Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan mourned the sudden death of Indian actress Shefali Jariwala. The TV personality died on June 27 at her residence, and Dhawan wished strength to the family to cope with the loss.

Actor and former Bigg Boss 13 contestant Shefali Jariwala was tragically found dead at her Andheri residence in Mumbai on the night of June 27. The 42-year-old was reportedly rushed to Cooper Hospital by her husband, actor Parag Tyagi, where doctors declared her dead on arrival.

Shikhar Dhawan Reacts To Shefali Jariwala’s Death

Since the news broke out, the entertainment industry expressed shock and mourned her loss. The unpredictable turn of events caught fans off-guard, as the actress was fit and healthy.

Meanwhile, apart from the entertainment industry, former Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan also reacted to the development. On his X handle, he stated that Jariwala died at a young age and wished strength to her family.

"Gone too soon, Shefali Jariwala. May your soul rest in peace. My prayers go out for strength to her family," Dhawan wrote in his tweet.

On Saturday morning, Mumbai Police issued an official statement stating that the reason for death is still not clear. While some early reports speculated a cardiac arrest, no confirmation has been provided by either the family or hospital authorities. 

Who Is Shefali Jariwala?

Indian actress and model Shefali Jariwala, best known for the hit 2002 music video Kaanta Laga, passed away at 42 in Mumbai. She rose to fame with her energetic screen presence and later appeared in Bigg Boss 13, Nach Baliye, and films like Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. 

Married to the actor Parag Tyagi, she had openly talked about previous battles, such as epilepsy and mental illness. Despite her struggles, she remained a resilient public figure who inspired many. However, the shocking news of her death has left the entertainment industry in utter shock.
