Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, who married in a private ceremony in Italy in 2017, welcomed their daughter Vamika on January 11, 2021. Their second child, Akaay, was born on February 15, 2024. 

The couple has been diligent about keeping their children away from the media spotlight, with their first public announcement of Akaay's birth being a joint post in February.
