Following Kolkata Knight Riders' (KKR) emphatic victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Qualifier 1 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL), Netflix has taken a funny jibe at SRH and their captain Pat Cummins on his famous "silencing the crowd" quote as KKR become the first team to make it to this season's final.

On Tuesday, after the first game of the 2024 playoffs where KKR defeated SRH by 8 wickets with more than 6 overs still left, Netflix tweeted a hilarious reaction to the game where the Knight Riders' owner, Shah Rukh Khan is shushing and asking for silence.

The clip is originated from the famous SRK movie, Dear Zindagi and the video is captioned as "🤫🤫🤫#KKRvsSRH."

The Knight Riders were asked to bowl first in Ahmedabad after Cummins won the toss. Mithcell Starc started off outstandingly well, taking three wickets in his first spell. Varun Chakravarthy took 2/26 as they restricted SRH at just 159.

During the chase, Rahmanullah Gurbaz gave them a blistering start with his 23(14) in his first game of the season. The Iyer-duo starred with fifties where captain Shreyas scored an unbeaten 58 off 24 and Venkatesh scored 51*(28)

The Knights will be facing the winner between the Sunrisers' qualifier 2 match against either Rajasthan Royals (RR) or Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on Sunday, May 26.
