The Yash Dayal saga has taken a new turn as the RCB pacer has finally broken his silence on the matter. Days after a FIR was filed against the 27-year-old, Yash has refuted the sexual assault claims and in return is seeking to file an FIR against the woman, who accused the seamer of physical and emotional trauma.

Notably, NDTV claimed that they have a complaint against Yash Dayal, which includes the RCB seamer's statement as well. The report stated that the 27-year-old admitted to meeting the woman through Instagram in 2021, but never promised her marriage.

Yash Dayal Accuses Women Of Stealing

The left-arm seamer has accused the lady of stealing an iPhone and an iPad. Furthermore, Yash stated that she had borrowed lakhs of money for her medical treatment and has yet to repay the amount. Not just that, but Yash spent a lot of money on her shopping and immediately sought legal help as soon as he got to know about the FIR filed against him.

The 27-year-old fast bowler has appealed to the Khuldabad police station to register a case against the woman. Dayal claims to have evidence to prove his accusations and has demanded that an FIR be filed against the woman and two members of her family.

What Was The Matter?

On June 21, a woman filed a complaint against Yash Dayal for cheating her in a relationship that lasted five years. She claimed that the RCB seamer promised her marriage, but backed out, causing her emotional and physical trauma.

The lady accused Dayal of sexual assault and recently filed an FIR against the 27-year-old under Section 69 of the BNS, which criminalises sexual harassment by deceitful means, including the false promise of marriage. The offence is non-bailable and carries a maximum punishment of up to 10 years imprisonment upon conviction.

The official complaint was the reason behind police recording Yash Dayal's statement.
