The second edition of the Women's Premier League (WPL) is about to unravel and entertain cricket lovers in India and across the globe. After the grand success of its first season, the five-team T20 carnival is back to enthrall its audiences based on the family turf and abroad.

Excited as we are for the WPL 2024, the 'OneCricket' team brings to you a pre-cursor of what to expect from the tournament, including its format, all squads, schedule, and live broadcasting details of India's premier domestic women's T20 competition

WPL 2024 Format 

The format is the same as the WPL's inaugural edition early last year. Five teams, based in Mumbai, Bangalore, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Gujarat - will be taking on each other twice during the league stage of the competition.

After the conclusion of the first round, teams finishing 4th and 5th will be eliminated, and the table topper will be qualified for the final directly, while those placed second and third will contest an Eliminator game to be the second finalist.
