The 3rd T20I match between India and Zimbabwe is underway at the Harare Sports Club. The Men in Blue won the toss and elected to bat first. 

For this ongoing match, India made four changes and named four openers in the playing XI as they brought in Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shivam Dube, Sanju Samson, and Khaleel Ahmed. They dropped Dhruv Jurel, Sai Sudarshan, Riyan Parag, and Mukesh Kumar.

The fans were shocked to see Shubman Gill open the innings along with Yashasvi Jaiswal. The internet was saddened to see Abhishek Sharma, who scored a century in the 2nd T20I demoted to No3. 

Gill was again under heavy criticism as several fans accused him of being selfish as he is leading the side by retaining himself to open the innings while demoting Sharma, who is more explosive than the GT captain.

Gill has failed with the bat in this series and even in the previous match, the fans accused him of playing Sai Sudarshan over Harshit Rana. Notably, they accused the GT captain of preferring his GT teammate over the KKR star, whose contribution helped Knight Riders lift their 3rd IPL trophy.
