In a heartwarming pre-match moment at the Wankhede Stadium on Thursday, April 11, Suryakumar Yadav engaged in a friendly cricket session with Mohammad Nabi’s son. The young cricketer showcased remarkable skill and maturity, leaving SKY in awe.

During the session, Nabi’s son displayed his talent by confidently smashing a six-off SKY's delivery, drawing applause and admiration from the Mumbai Indians player. SKY, impressed by the youngster's abilities, praised him for his all-round skills in batting, bowling, and even football.

Following a series of well-executed shots, SKY encouraged the youngster, saying, "Accha, chakka ke baad ek run chahiye (Oh! You want a single after a six)."

The fun-filled session concluded with SKY setting a target of 2 runs off 1 ball, which Nabi’s son successfully achieved with determination.

Expressing his admiration for the talented youngster, SKY remarked, “Very talented, an all-rounder likes to do everything; batting, bowling, and football.”

SKY, after missing initial matches due to injury, made a return to the Mumbai Indians camp in the match against Delhi Capitals. 

Though he failed to score in that game, fans are eager to see his performance in the upcoming match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru on April 11 at the Wankhede Stadium.
