Team India reached PM Modi's house (x)
Finally, the wait is over, and Team India has arrived in New Delhi after a 3-day wait on the Caribbean Island due to Hurricane 'Beryl'. Now, in a recent development, according to the reports of PTI, Rohit Sharma & Co have reached Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence in New Delhi on July 4, 2024.
After they landed in India, they were fans and cricket lovers present at the airport to welcome the team. Earlier, several reports were out PM Modi will host the victorious team and have a 'special breakfast' with the team along with Rahul Dravid and support staff.
After India defeated South Africa in a nail-biting encounter, PM Modi was among the first ones to call the team and congratulate them on this historic victory.

PM Modi will host and likely listen to the experiences of Indian players after a memorable World Cup Victory. After meeting him, Team India will depart for Mumbai as BCCI has arranged a 'Victory Parade' for the team from Nariman Point to Wankhede. And later on, Team India will be felicitated at the iconic Wankhede Stadium.
The players along with other staff members, will reach Mumbai in the afternoon and following that the 'Men in Blue' will celebrate the victory with the fans and participate in a special open bus parade that has been arranged by BCCI. Earlier, Rohit Sharma had tweeted and invited the fans to join in the celebration and enjoy the moment.
