Team India is again dominating the shortest format of the game and in both batting and bowling, it's the Indian players who have acquired the number one spot in the ICC T20I rankings. Suryakumar Yadav has been on top of the rankings of the shortest format and now, Ravi Bishnoi has joined him after climbing to the first spot of the T20I bowling rankings and shares his feeling on being at the top.

The 23-year-old Ravi Bishnoi has been a terrific bowler for the men in blue and is in the scheme of things for the near future as well. He has totally taken over the shortest format owing to his commendable performances for India as well as in the IPL.

The year 2023 was all about the 50-over format but whenever there was some T20 cricket, Bishnoi played all of them as senior players were rested. He is the first-ever Indian spinner to be ranked number 1 in the T20I bowling rankings and is truly deserving.

Here's what Bishnoi said while sharing his feelings about being the number one T20I bowler:

"It's out of the World feeling to becomes No.1 T20I Bowler in the World. I've never dreamt like this. It's great a feeling and I will try to remain here."

In the recent T20I series against Australia, Bishnoi had an amazing time as he clipped nine wickets in the five-match series and went on to become the Player of the Series. In just 21 T20I games, he has scalped 34 wickets and has climbed the rankings to own the first spot.

BCCI shares a video on X, where Bishnoi is sharing how he is feeling achieving this feat and he states that it is the hard work of the last 5-6 years, which has been helping him succeed at the greatest level and he is enjoying his journey doning the blue. He is also a part of the upcoming white-ball series against South Africa and is highly likely to be a part of the upcoming T20 World Cup as well.
